01 · Proprietary Interface

Birddog's interface, workflows, AI prompts, model orchestration, copy, layout decisions, and data outputs are proprietary to Birddog Operations LLC. You agree not to reproduce, scrape, mirror, embed, screen-record for redistribution, train AI models on, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform — including the screens you see while signed in.

Screenshots for your own internal review or for tagging us on social are fine. Stripping the watermark, exporting bulk JSON, or publishing the interface for competitors to learn from is not.

Enforcement notice. Every request made to this platform is logged with the requester's IP address, browser fingerprint, session identifier, and a full activity trail. Automated access — including scraping tools, headless browsers, crawler bots, and AI training harvesters — is treated as unauthorized computer access under 18 U.S.C. § 1030 (Computer Fraud and Abuse Act) and applicable state computer-trespass statutes. We actively monitor for anomalous request patterns and retain legal counsel for CFAA enforcement actions. Unauthorized access attempts are reported to the relevant ISP and, where warranted, to federal law enforcement. We have pursued and resolved these cases before.

02 · Acceptable Use

Use Birddog to run your own home-services business. Don't use it to:

• Spam, harass, or text people who haven't shown intent to do business.
• Auto-respond on behalf of someone else's company without written authorization.
• Run scraping or screen-capture tools against the dashboard.
• Resell, white-label, or repackage Birddog without a partner agreement.
• Plug in credentials that aren't yours (ServiceTitan, Twilio, OpenAI, etc.).

03 · Data Ownership

You own your leads, your customer records, and the messages your business sends. We own the platform — the schema, the prompts, the orchestration code, the interface design — that handles them.

Your data is isolated per tenant. We don't sell it. We don't share it with other accounts. We don't train third-party models on it. If you cancel, you can export your leads and conversations from Settings within 30 days; after that we destroy them.

04 · Termination

Either side can terminate the account at any time. If you cancel, we stop billing on the next cycle and you keep access through the end of the current period.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate the Acceptable Use rules, fail payment after 14 days, or attempt to scrape / reverse-engineer the platform. Refunds are pro-rated for paid time, not for setup.

05 · Liability

Birddog is software. It can make mistakes, miss a lead, or send a customer the wrong reply. Use it as the relentless dispatcher it is — not as the only set of eyes on your business. Our maximum liability is the amount you paid us in the 12 months before whatever went sideways. Indirect damages (lost profits, lost jobs, hurt feelings) are not covered.

ServiceTitan, Twilio, OpenAI, and other third-party services have their own terms. If any of them go down, Birddog can't book through them — but we'll tell you when that happens.

06 · Changes

We'll update these terms when they need updating. Material changes go out via email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use means you accept the new version.
